Having now worked with them for over 10 years – the EMS system started out as a way of keeping track of repair jobs for customers. Since then it’s grown into a system where customers can keep track of their items, parts can be managed and order in the system, and the next iteration (going live soon) will feature full stock management, invoicing, and online ordering.

This system has been built from the ground-up to the requirements of the customer… and even after 10 years, it’s still keeping them going every day. It also features a unique Omnibox style search, which allows entering of minimal information and the system will match it to a customer, item, repair, part or sale within the system. This includes the unique barcodes that are produced for each entity – meaning an item can be picked up, scanned, and the customer kept up to date with progress, with minimal effort from the owners
